If you can speak, you can sing. If you can move your body, you can dance. Singing and dancing are inherent in us all. How you get good at it is through training and practice. During the next couple of months, we will be doing what we don’t generally get a lot of time during a production to do. You will be split into groups. Your group will meet 4 hours every week. You will work with this same group collaborating on musical theater numbers as well as scene work to put on a Showcase at the Ritz theater.
 
You will get professional voice coaching and techniques on how to strengthen your voice and sing your very best. You will learn tips and tricks on how to do your best audition and callback. You will be able to understand what it takes to choreograph a routine. You will learn what it takes “behind the scenes” to put a production together and have the opportunity with your group to design your props and costumes for the Showcase. This year, we will also have a special Q&A with professionals in the business!
